Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has criticised Paris Saint-Germain’s willingness to smash the world transfer record by signing Neymar from Barcelona for €222 million.

“€222m? I don’t think that this Neymar is that good,” Hoeness said, speaking to Sky Sports.
