Isco has posed a problem for Real this season, starting just 11 La Liga games and three Champions League matches in a forgettable season.
Reports earlier this month suggested that the 27-year-old had accepted a more limited squad role after holding talks with Zinedine Zidane.
But Spanish newspaper Marca say he ‘is on the line’ this summer, with City, United and PSG all waiting for Real to make a concrete decision over his future.
Real might be persuaded to sell Isco as he has become ‘a controversial player’ whose departure would boost their transfer budget ahead of a huge summer.
Isco’s ‘selfish character’ could also come into play, with both him and the similarly ostracised Gareth Bale ‘two free spirits’.
The Spain international has a €750m release clause, but Real could settle for an offer that ‘exceeds €120m.
