Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick have been having a blast on the press tour for their new movie, Trolls, and their latest stop in N.Y.C. was no different. The fast friends stopped by Macy’s in Herald Square for a celebration of their new movie, and had fun with fun with fans in the process.
During the event, Timberlake and Kendrick grabbed microphones up on stage to talk about the new film and their unique characters. “Branch is notoriously grumpy,” Timberlake said of his Troll counterpart, according to WWD. “Ironically I don’t sing or dance, I think. Well, maybe after an hour.”
Kendrick’s character Poppy, on the other hand, is a bundle of joy. “She’s really, really happy. Almost annoyingly happy,” she said. “It’s an adventure story and hilarity ensues.”

Kendrick stunned in a black top and lace tiered skirt, topping off the look with strappy stilettos. Timberlake, for his part, looked hunky in a blue bomber jacket and jeans. The fun-loving duo also grabbed fans’ phones for selfies, making a whole lot of new friends at the event.
