Nineteen74.com collaborates with young professionals to host a revolutionary fashion event to examine the issues of HIV and AIDS. To improve sex education and promote safe sex, the fashion showcase will present an impartial approach providing the reality of the virus through education and entertainment.
Organized by ninteen74.com, Director Raoul Keil and Office of Physician Outreach at Suny Downstate Medical Center, and in cooperation of Designers Against Aids’s founder Ninette Murk, the fashion show will cite the existing pressures and consequences of unprotected sex. Through the medium of fashion and visual performance, designers including UK based Emma Bell, Parisian make-up artist Steven Canavan and industry insiders are teaming up to promote that safe sex is fashionable.
The NYC against HIV/AIDS Fashion Show is taking place on Friday 8th May at Midwood High School in Brooklyn NY.
