According to Ringside News, the rumors that WWE is offering a $3.5 million downside contract to Kenny Omega have likely exaggerated the value of the offer.
Given that there are rumors WWE will monitor the AEW rally coming up in Jacksonville and prominent Superstar Seth Rollins has spoken recently about wanting to have a match against Kenny Omega, it’s not a stretch to assume WWE is pursuing Omega. However, the Ringside News report states they have heard from their sources that it’s extremely unlikely Omega would walk into the WWE with a multi-million dollar deal that pays him more than other well-established stars within the company.
