PW Insider has reported that Chael Sonnen would be introduced as a television announcer for Global Force Wrestling at their press conference later today in Las Vegas.
Jeff Jarrett had said there would be a surprise person announced as well as the talent roster. Jarrett had been looking at Jim Ross and Sonnen as his announcing team and had been in talks with both. The two did an MMA PPV show together and Sonnen and Jarrett had a brief conversation last year about doing the Tokyo Dome show.
Jarrett does not have a deal with Ross at this time.
