WWE Main Event included an interesting piece of news this week.
This week’s show featured a look back at the post-TLC episodes of RAW and SmackDown Live hosted by Scott Stanford. During the show, while recapping the Asuka, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair segment and Asuka’s title defense against Naomi on SmackDown Live, a new WWE Royal Rumble match was made official.

Asuka will indeed be defending her newly won SmackDown Live Women’s Championship against Becky Lynch at the first PPV of 2019 after defeating her to claim the title in the final PPV of 2018.
