John Cena took to social media on Thursday to provide the latest update regarding the status of his rehab for the shoulder operation he underwent in December.
“Five weeks post-op,” Cena wrote on Twitter. “Therapy 8-9 hours/day everyday. Still a LONG way to go, but getting better everyday.”
Cena included a video in the tweet, which you can check out below, that shows him working on his range of motion in his surgically repaired shoulder.
It is still unclear exactly how long Cena will be on the sidelines, and no public announcement has been made at this point regarding his WrestleManiia 32 status.
