During a recent Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer didn’t initially have an answer when asked about an update on the WWE status of Bo Dallas as he quietly disappeared off TV and hasn’t been in the ring since a November 2019 house show.
However, Meltzer gave some answers in this week’s Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Dallas (Taylor Rotunda) is still under contract but has not been brought to TV, not even to sit in catering in case he is needed. Meltzer said he is living with current WWE star Liv Morgan on a farm and they are preparing to start a family real estate business to prepare for life after wrestling.
The 30-year-old Dallas and former NXT short-term prospect Sarah Backman got divorced in 2019 after five years of marriage. Backman also got into real estate in 2015.
Dallas is part of a true wrestling family as the son of Mike Rotunda, grandson of Blackjack Mulligan, the nephew of Barry and Kendhall Windham, and the brother of “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. He is a former NXT Champion and WWE Raw Tag Team champion with Curtis Axel who was released as part of the pandemic cuts last April.
