It looks like Impact Wrestling’s most controversial star Sami Callihan may have something brewing with the self-proclaimed Best in the World, based on an angry new rant directed at both Chris Jericho and… Ring of Honor?
Impact cameras caught up with Callihan Death Machine as he was arriving for this weekend’s television tapings in Ontario, Canada and – as one might expect – he wasn’t too pleased about being prodded and probed on his way into the building. Sami then unleashed one of his signature, expletive-ridden rampages claiming that Jericho, a future first ballot WWE Hall of Famer, won’t book him on his upcoming cruise/nautical wrestling convention, calling the decision “bullshit”.
“Chris Jericho, are you just afraid of Sami Callihan? Ring of Honor, are you afraid of making money with The Draw, Sami Callhan? That is my question. I am sick of being disrespected, because I am The Draw and there’s not one person that will tell me differently. The way I’m looking at it right now, the only bigger bitches than Impact [Wrestling] management is Ring of Honor and Chris Jericho. So here’s the thing – I might just have to get my baseball bat and show up on this cruise.”
For those unfamiliar, Y2J will be hosting the first ever “Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘n’ Wrestling Rager at Sea” this October, setting sail from Miami and cruising to the Bahamas. The event will be hosted by WWE Hall of Famers Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler with appearances from major wrestling names, as well as rock bands, comedians, podcasts and more!
Throughout the cruise Ring of Honor will be presenting the first ever “Sea of Honor” tournament, which is… well it’s a wrestling tournament on a giant boat. Pretty cool, right? Confirmed for the experience so far are Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks, Cody and Brandi Rhodes (basically the roster for ALL IN plus Flip Gordon), as well as legends like Rey Mysterio, Ricky Steamboat, Mick Foley and Raven!

So far, Sami Callihan is not on the guest list. If he survives his upcoming unsanctioned street fight with Eddie Edwards next week on Impact Wrestling – where the two are literally going to fight in the woods, from what we can tell so far – maybe those plans will change.
