Having left Goodison Park in 2019 to join PSG, Everton are looking to re-sign Idrissa Gana Gueye (32), according to Fabrizio Romano.
Gana Gueye is on the list of “undesirables” at PSG, and the club are looking to sell him as soon as possible. However, for now, talks are at early stages, though further discussions are set to take place in the coming days. The former Everton man is “one of the names on the list” at the Premier League club.
After signing from Aston Villa in 2016, Gueye made over 100 appearances for Everton over the course of three years. Since his €30m move to the Parc des Princes, he has featured 111 times for PSG, scoring on seven occasions.
This summer, PSG are focusing on reducing the size of their squad. Gana Gueye is one of many players on the club’s lengthy transfer list, which also includes Leandro Paredes, Julian Draxler, Ander Herrera, Georginio Wijnaldum and Abdou Diallo.
