RMC Sport report this morning that Ligue 1 side Marseille intend to make Portuguese coach André Villas-Boas a second contract extension offer, after an initial proposal made yesterday to prolong AVB’s deal by 12 months, on the same financial terms, until June 2022 was rejected.

OM President Eyraud has moved to extend the Portuguese who had been on the verge of quitting the club last week when his key ally, Sporting Director Andoni Zubizaretta, resigned, owing to disagreements with the French chief of the club.
L’Équipe expect Villas-Boas to walk out of OM this week, despite having qualified them for Champions’ League football next season.
