H309, H311, H313, H316 and H317 are cylindrical roller bearings. The cage is made of steel plate, synthetic resin, etc. Its feature is that the outer ring raceway is spherical, with automatic centering, which can compensate the error caused by different concentricity and shaft deflection, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees.
SN515 and SN517 are bearing housings. Bearing pedestal is a kind of large and extra large bearing pedestal that can accept comprehensive load and has special structure. The larger the contact angle is, the higher the axial bearing capacity is. High precision and high-speed bearings usually have a 15 degree contact angle. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase.
29415EX is a tapered roller bearing with an inner diameter of 75mm, an outer diameter of 160mm, a thickness of 51mm, and a weight of 4,76kg. The material is stainless bearing steel AISI440 (9Cr18). The cage and material are F1 carbon steel. The number of rows is single. The thrust roller bearing is used to bear the combined axial and radial loads dominated by axial load, but the radial load shall not exceed 55% of the axial load. Compared with other thrust roller bearings, this kind of bearing has lower friction coefficient, higher rotating speed and self-aligning performance. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings and thrust tapered roller bearings are applicable to the situation of low speed. The speed of thrust tapered roller bearings is slightly higher than that of thrust cylindrical roller bearings.
22215CAK/C3W33 is self-aligning roller bearing. The inner diameter is 85mm, the outer diameter is 150mm, the thickness is 36mm, and the weight is 2.7kg. The material is carburized bearing steel (surface hardening type), cage and material F1 carbon steel, and the number of rows is double. Self aligning roller bearing has two rows of rollers, which mainly bear radial load, and can also bear axial load in any direction. It has high radial load capacity, especially suitable for working under heavy load or vibration load, but can not bear pure axial load.
