Update:
WWE has issued a statement officially confirming that ACH has been released from his contract.
Orignal Post
ACH sent out a series of cryptic tweets today, one that directly called out Vince McMahon, and another that showed him going over some documents near a FedEx envelope, using the hashtag #KingIsBack.

ACH has been outspoken in his desire to leave WWE, after a t-shirt with racist iconography was released bearing his NXT name. There is still no word on whether ACH has come to terms with WWE on a release. Not long after the tweets, HeavyMetal Wrestling announced that ACH will face Chandler Hopkins at their Nov. 22nd event.

With ACH’s contract status in question, it possibly marks the first time a contracted WWE Superstar has taken their bookings into their own hands. ACH, like most Superstars, is an independent contractor, but WWE usually manages appearances and bookings for their talent.
