Brian “Road Dogg” Armstrong Update

Pro Wrestling Sheet is currently reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Brian Armstrong, also known as Road Dogg, is possibly transitioning to a new role in the company. As reported by PWInsider, Armstrong is no longer head writer for WWE SmackDown Live. According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, this is intended to be a “stepping down,” for the former-WWE Hardcore Champion, and was in no way a contentious situation.

Armstrong is currently being considered for Arn Anderson’s former-Live Event role within the company, or even become a commentator. It is suggested that the move to Fox Sports may have something to do with the transition.
