On tonight’s RMC/SFR Sport TV programme called “Breaking Foot,” headed up by the king of the transfer window, Mohamed Bouhafsi, new information came to light regarding Liverpool’s pursuit of Thomas Lemar.
The media outlet claims that AS Monaco are categorically refusing to sell Thomas Lemar, which already puts Liverpool in a near impossible position.
Interestingly, the media outlet denies claims from The Telegraph, L’Équipe and Get French Football News that Liverpool have submitted a bid worth €80m for the player. They claim that Liverpool have not made any bid.
They do however indicate that Liverpool are interested, and that if they were to try and construct any deal, they would seek to involve Divock Origi in it, but for the moment they affirm that there has been no concrete movement.
