As revealed by Le 10 Sport yesterday and furthered by France Football today, 29-year-old free agent Paul Baysse is set to sign a deal with Bordeaux after failing to reach a contract extension agreement with OGC Nice.
Toulouse have also made a concrete offer for Baysse but the player is exceptionally close to finalising a deal with Gourvennec’s men.
Baysse is all set to become Bordeaux’s second summer signing after Benoît Costil who joined for free from Rennes.
