Turkish outfit Fenerbahce have made OGC Nice attacking midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa an enormous offer as the summer free agent continues to ponder about his future, according to L’Équipe.
The Turkish side want to make HBA the centrepiece of their project.
At the moment, it appears as if Ben Arfa is set to remain in Ligue 1, with either PSG, Lyon or OGC Nice.
