South African city of Cape Town was just recently in the news for a dubious distinction, the port city could be the first in the world to run out of water!
For the residents of Cape Town, Day Zero, the day the taps will be turned off, has been given a date – May 11. From then, they will have to queue at collection points to receive 25 litres of water per person, per day.
